Justice Pale Ale #3 and #4

The Great Justice Pale Ale experiment is back with the 3rd and 4th installment.  If you look back at the original concept HERE you can see that the idea in a nutshell is to play with recipes until I have the perfect Pale Ale. This pale ale would be on draft at all times.  The review was a little one sided, With #1 winning.  With that said, over time my thoughts changed and the one that I didn't like (as much) morphed into my personal favorite.  The recipe #3 and #4 reflect that.   For this time around I lowered the hops a little and changed the grain bill slightly.
