Justice Pale Ale "Take #4"

Here is the recipe for Justice Pale Ale #4.

Following the Justice Pale Ale experiment post here is my 4th take on the recipe.

4# Marris Otter
2# 2 Row 
3.5# Pilsner Malt (Domestic)
1# Oats, flaked
8 oz Honey Malt

1 oz Chinook @ 60
.50 oz of Chinook @ 20
.50 oz of Cascade @ 20
.50 oz of Cascade @ flame out
3 oz of Glacier Leaf Hops for the HopRocket  (filtered via Chiller to Carboy, no heat)
.75 oz of Cascade Dry Hop day 4

For the Yeast I am going to use White Labs British Ale WLP005


For the mash temp I am going for148 for 60 mins.  The boil will also be 60 mins. Netting 6 gallons of wort for a final of 5 gallons


Estimated OG 1.054
I got an OG of 1.051 or 14 brix
