Double Drunk Elf IPA Take #2

On a whim I made up this recipe a couple of months ago.  I promised to myself that I would brew it again with some minor changes.  For a look at the 1st recipe go HERE and for a look at my thought go HERE.  For the second brewing I am going to focus on adding Flaked Barley to the boil.  Here is my revised recipe.

11 # 2-Row
3 # Marris Otter
1# Flaked Barley (add to boil)
.75 # of Crystal 20

The yeast will be Cal Ale V from White Labs.  WL-051 I think.
The target mash temp will be on the lower side at 148-149 for 60 min
The hop bill is likely to change but for now is set at:

1.0 oz Chinook 60 min.

.5 oz Simcoe 20 min.
.5 oz Chinook 20 min

.25 oz Simcoe 10 min

1.0 oz Simcoe flame out

.5 oz Simcoe Dry hop Day 4

I am feeling pretty good about this as a double IPA recipe.  I expect to brew this beer this week, so I will update as we get closer to the brew day.
